Ataraxia Collective is all about fun, restoration, inspiration, empowerment and self-mastery. It’s about supporting people to develop their individual sense of wellness by sharing, promoting and doing wellnessy things together that cultivate this state.

Life is 100% wonderful it is being human that can be hard.  But with a little knowledge, self-care & use of mad wellness skills the human experience can be not only manageable but satisfying and enjoyable.  We aim to take this life and make the most of everyday.

At events, expect to enjoy powerful wellness tools like mindfulness, yoga and self-enquiry. When online, look forward to learning about the latest on evidence-based holistic health interventions, neuroscience and cognitive science, as well as receiving original recipes and lifestyle and nutritional tips and tricks that foster fab health.


The knowledge I have learnt from my training as a scientist and doctor combined with my personal experience of suffering has provided me with a lived understanding of how and why wellness tools work and contribute to wellbeing.  I hope to raise awareness of this knowledge and support others to a life of wellness by sharing what I know and continue to learn.
