Join us for a super fun vinyasa yoga class with house music.  We will begin with meditation & a little yin, then flow into a dance-like freestyle groove.

  Hang back & have a drink or some dinner at the Foghorn Brewhouse next door.  Bring your friends or make some on the night.

This is a rare opportunity to party like its 1999 yogi style!

  • Registration 6pm, Flow 615-730, After-party 730pm onwards

What to bring:

  • A bottle of water

  • A sense of fun

  • A mat and sweat towl.

  • No dancing shoes necessary but bright yoga gear invited (we will be wearing our unicorn pants)

What to expect:

  • Begin with meditation & yin
  • Grove into a flow

  • Opportunity to freestyle flow, dance or whatever you feel like doing!

  • End will a cool down to close

  • Opportunity to meet your new buddies at the after-party next door at Foghorn Brewhouse.  Enjoy a quick drink or some dinner & get to know your fellow yogi house-heads.

  • Stay back & solidify your new friendships at the after party (dinner prep can wait).

  • End the day with a well deserved sparkling wine & margarita calypo (on us!). A sure fire way to send you home with a smile.

  • Keep your concentration sharp through the day by snacking on fresh fruit & trail mix.

  • Rehydrate with your bottle of water, provided on arrival.
