Come join us for an intimate, relaxing & fun retreat in Bowral NSW.

Learn leadership, self-care & CPD skills to optimise your wellbeing, & personal & professional growth.

Leave having completed 3 hours of category 1, 4 hours of category 2 (including the mandatory conversation & personal & professional development plan), and 3.5 hours of category 3 with a self-care audit. Making completion of your minimum requirement of category 3 or 4 easy.

Whether you are a new fellow confused of the requirements, an established physician time poor & struggling to protect the time to get it done, a doctor finding CPP a useless tick box process, semi-retired considering dropping your registration overwhelmed by your CPD needs, or physician keen to make the most of your career & CPD in a powerful way- we have got you!

  • Hosts: Rehabilitation specialist & yoga/mindfulness teacher Dr Susannah Ward (Ataraxia Collective) & Emergency Paediatrician & Physician Coach Dr Sarah Dalton (Capstan Coaching).

  • The retreat will be held at Sage Manor Bowral NSW, a boutique homestay in the heart of Bowral.  The manor is close to the shops, wineries & station with ample lounge space for relaxation & reflection.     There is a range of ticket & room options.  You can share a room, enjoy your own private room or stay offsite and attend using a day pass ticket.

    Due to the intimate nature of the retreat only retreat participants will stay onsite.
