WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE WELLNESS PLACE
Please help yourself to a complimentary takeaway hot beverage of your choice at the café next door to bring in. Please allow extra time before your appointment to order and collect your drink.
You will need to provide a GP or specialist doctor referral letter prior to the appointment to be eligible for your Medicare rebate.
Before the review, you will receive a comprehensive health questionnaire to be completed and returned prior to the assessment. I really appreciate you completing this form as it allows better use of the assessment time for discussion, examination, goal setting and plan formulation.
Consent for payment will be requested prior to the review with a credit card deposit upon booking.
The initial review will take up to 60 minutes.
Please arrive 5 minutes beforehand or if you are collecting your complimentary hot beverage then allow 15 minutes before your appointment to collect your drink.
Unless otherwise specified by you, there will be a therapy dog present. His name is Bahva. He is a friendly Shih Tzu. Please let me know if you have allergies.
WHAT TO BRING ALONG
Your referral, if not already supplied, and an open mind.
For your comfort and ease of examination and treatment, please wear loose pants or bring shorts.
Although not necessary, you are welcome to bring along any extra reports, imaging or other information you feel is important.

Initial consultation (60mins) – $335 or out of pocket $100 with referral and consent to use your Medicare rebate.
- Initial follow-up (30mins)- $165 or out of pocket with referral $60
- Further follow-up fees to be confirmed.
