If you are toning up pre-summer season to get bikini body comfy (we think you’re sexy as already FYI).  But you find that you still need that sweet satisfaction of dessert after dinner, then try this very healthy, caffeine-free and high-protein treat.  With yogurt it is also high in antioxidants and Calcium too.  But you can substitute the yoghurt for dairy free alternatives, such as coconut yogurt.

  • 1 cup carob powder
  • 1 serving of yoghurt
  • Sweeter of your choice (honey, maple, stevia, whatever….)
  • Optional maca powder 
  • Optional protein powder
  • Goji berries for crunch and added sweetness

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix, then enjoy guilt-free (not that you should ever feel guilty about eating dessert!)
