This is a low carbohydrate, high protein, filling and yummy warm dessert treat for you to try. Its super easy and versatile. Add anything you fancy to make it your own.
In a microwave safe mug or bowl combine:
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa
- Splash egg white
- 1 heaped teaspoon bicarb soda
- ½ cup almond milk
Once stirred and looks like the picture, pop into the microwave for a 3 mins or until cooked through. The bicarb makes it fluff up a bit.
Add pouring cream or coconut yogurt along with a sprinkling of goji berries and coconut flakes.
